Structures are matched and marked utilizing the latest in bar code and laser technologies. All structures are marked prior to dismantling to facilitate a rapid and exact reassembly. All structures will be bar coded and marked for ready identification. A complete diagram for reassembly will be prepared and delivered with the relocated asset.
Our unique use of technology includes three dimensional imagery, laser sited elevation definitions and unique stainless steel tags embedded with match data such as orientation, elevation, weight, and rotation axis of each piece which allows for rapid and accurate reassembly.
Our process will safely dismantle the superstructure without damage to the members. Removal of the rivets or bolts for disassembly of the structural members is completed in a manner that avoids structural damage to plates, clip angles or other appurtenances. This avoids any breakage or bending of the structural members during dismantling.
