Project Management
The HVE approach to the management of the project, including the integration of engineering, design, inspection, hazardous waste management, dismantlement, and most importantly the Health and Safety Program, which is based on the proven concepts that we use to manage all our projects. Many of our projects provided similar challenges that require the needs to integrate multiple corporate participants working together on technically complex facilities.
HVE Project Management method emphasizes commitment to complete the full scope of the project in a cost and schedule effective manner. This entails developing an integrated project plan, organizing and staffing the project to carry out the plan using the project management control program which provides the information needed relative to technical, cost and schedule goals, and then to monitor and control the work consistent with these goals. This proven management approach assures that the mission and objective of the project will be accomplished efficiently with the highest attention of quality, safety, environmental protection and operational excellence. The proposed Project Organization will show the responsibilities and authority of each position. Our Project Management Program is flexible to accommodate new project conditions in a highly controlled manner.
On-Site Project Team Organization
The HVE Team proposes that both the initial plannning and procedures writing phase, as well as the actual work activities be performed at the site. The most cost-effective approach and the ideal situation are for the HVE Project Team and client personnel to interface and exchange information continuously at one location.
